About the PNGVN Token
The aim of the PNGVN is to ensure responsible and long-term management of revenue from the GNG Community, so that these benefits both the current and future Token holders. The Token’s formal name is PNGVN (pronounced Penguin).
How we invest
The PNGVN aims to be the largest single owner in listed NFT-related companies. Our portfolio also consists of investments in AI companies and cryptocurrencies
Minimizing Risk
The Tokens investments aims to track the performance of the Top 100 Coins & Tokens in the NFT & Collectibles category, the Top 15 coins in the Cryptocurrency Category, and the Top 15 in the Artificial Intelligence Category (the “PNGVN Index”).
Non-Fungible Token
A major part of the investments will be allocated to Non-Fungible Token (NFT) companies and projects. Because NFTs are a rapidly evolving technology that has the potential to revolutionize many industries.
Artificial Intelligence
Parts of the investments will be allocated to Artificial Intelligence (AI) related projects and companies because we see a huge potential and future in this upcoming market.
Crypto Currency
Parts of the investments will be allocated to Crypto Currency because we see a huge potential and undervalue in a few established projects and coins.

Responsible investment
The aim of the PNGVN is to ensure responsible and long-term management of revenue from the GNG Community, so that these benefit both the current and future Token holders. The future value of the PNGVN depends on sustainable growth, well-functioning markets and value creation of the companies we invest in.
Investment strategy
The Token will seek to invest in all of the companies that make up the categories in the investment objectives (the “PNGVN Index”) and in the same or very similar proportions in which they are included in the Index.
The Token’s performance is measured against the Index, because the Token intends to track the performance of the Index. The Token uses a tracking error to measure the consistency between the Token’s performance and the performance of the Index. In general, the lower the tracking error, the more consistent the Token’s performance is relative to the Index, and vice-versa.
About the Index
The PNGVN Index is a market capitalisation-weighted index of the 100 largest listed NFT & Collectibles companies, 15 largest Cryptocurrencies, and 15 largest Artificial Intelligence Token and Coins. The Index rebalances quarterly on the 19th of July, October, January and April.
